Expanded Access Policy

All of our portfolio is investigational. That means it is being studied in different stages of development and is not yet approved by any regulatory agency such as the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

We understand the motivation of patients and families to seek access to investigational medicines before it is approved. At Neela Therapeutics this can only be done as part of a clinical study, whenever possible. Such studies are designed to generate safety and efficacy data in support of regulatory approval.

Expanded access or compassionate use is currently not available for any of our investigational medicines.
